Compact Flatwork Ironers – Phoenix Series, with folder & stacker.

Flatwork ironer designed for connection to a side stacker. High production machine, equipped with longitudinal and transversal folder. Option to include suction intake bench to facilitate and improve insertion. In addition, a button-controlled partial by-pass and a dirty linen rejection system can be optionally included. Safety guard to protect hands. The folding machine allows you to work and fold on two independent lines, depending on the model, with a maximum width of 1500 mm each. Maximum capacity for two longitudinal folds and three transversal folds. Exit of linen at front of machine (optionally the exit can be placed at the rear of the machine). Microprocessor control (PLC) which allows you to fold automatically depending on the size of the article and to create up to 20 programmes. Adjustable ironing speed: 3 – 18 m/min. Electronic thermostat and probe to control temperature External white enamelled steel unit Special high density steel coated roller. Transport belts in NOMEX – POLYESTER. Ironing belts in special NOMEX Built-in extraction system with two self-cleaning extractors: 2×1000 m3/h. Required compressed air pressure: 7 bar. Compressed air consumption: 21,000 Nl/hour.
